These classes are taught with mark and reward system of training. Dogs should be conditioned to a clicker or verbal marker.

Beginning Shadow Skills
Build your dog’s heeling/Shadowing skills. This class is packed full of maneuvers, activities and minor distractions to build the focus and connection required to make loose leash walking a pleasure.
Pre Requisites
- Dogs should have basic manners and work on a loose leash.
- Dogs should be able to work comfortably and quietly in a class with other dogs.

Shadow Skills - Skilled Level
Advance your team’s heeling/Shadowing skills. This class will focus on creating the strong connection and focus required for their dog to shadow the handler while off leash. Class will include a variety of maneuvers, activities and moderate distractions. Teams will advance to off leash heeling as they are ready.
Pre Requisites - Graduation from Beginning Shadow Games or permission from Sumac
Shadow Skills - Proficient Level
Teams will work on off leash skills to enhance the dog’s ability to shadow their handler through more complex maneuvers and around distractions.
Pre Requisites - Graduation from Skilled Level Shadow Games or permission from Sumac.

BEGINNING SNIFF IT
Introduce your dog to the fun of searching out and identifying scents. This class will include working with a variety of scents that include, food scent, animal hair and or odors. Dog's will learn to search in a variety of set us and how to alert their handler to a find. This class will utilize simple training techniques and fun activities you can play at home or as training towards earning Wag It Games Sniff It titles.

SNIFF IT SKILLED
More fun with Sniff It. This class will introduce additional scents, more challenging searches and water container searches.
Prerequisites: Beginning Sniff It or permission from Sumac
SNIFF IT PROS
For advanced teams. This class will include challenging hides, blind searches and introduce the Clothes Line Game and Articles Game. This class will include Sniff It Games for advanced fun or to be used towards Wag It Games Titles. (Dog's must be registered with Wag It Games for games to be submitted towards titles)
